If a package is returned to Velorapot due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

15. Order Changes and Cancellation

However, because customized products may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accepted.

Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement, the Site, or a purchase from Velorapot shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that courts located in New Mexico shall have jurisdiction over disputes that are not otherwise required to be resolved through another legally applicable dispute-resolution process.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking remedies that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
