1. Customer Submitted Designs

Customers retain ownership of their submitted designs.

By submitting designs to Velorapot, you grant Velora Commerce LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, process, modify, and transmit such designs only for purposes necessary to:

3. Customized Sports Apparel Disclaimer

Unless specifically stated otherwise, customized jerseys and apparel available through Velorapot are:

• Not manufactured by professional sports teams
• Not officially affiliated with sports leagues

Not sponsored, endorsed, or authorized by third-party brands or organizations.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted team names, logos, and designs have proper authorization for use.

4. Review and Removal of Designs

Velorapot may review submitted designs when necessary to protect intellectual property rights, comply with applicable laws, or prevent misuse of our services.

All content available on the Velorapot website, including but not limited to:
